Just quick update, nothing has really progressed due to holidays and getting ready for our next little baby due in November, looking at having cash to work on the motor next month.

P.s I believe the problem in the rear wheel not running too freely prior to taking apart could be due to clutch being bit old. I’ll have this check with the motor rebuild
Yamaha PW 50 Restoration 
Hey there, hope you keep this going. I rebuilt a PW50 for my boy last year, still doing bits to it but he is riding it around. I dont think you ever finish doing things to it. Well done.
i will get round to finishing it. its just been hard finding the time lately
